1. What is your warranty or after sale service?
Motor, battery and controller are 1 year warranty. Usually, our clients will purchase some spare parts together with their shipment so they can fix the small problem by themselves.

2. Are the electrical parts water resistant?
Yes, absolutely. But we wouldn't recommend throwing the models in a swimming pool , but it will cope well with natural wet conditions.

3. How long will the battery last between charges?
This is always tricky to quantify as it depends on various factors. But given average conditions, our 36V 10Ah option for example would give around 30-60km depending on terrain, weight of the cyclist, frequent use of the PAS, number of stops/starts, tire air pressure etc. The different battery spec in our range would give different mileage.

4. Should we pay the high taxes?
A: We can make a low-value invoice to help you clearing Customs and avoid the taxes.
